The Summer Concert Series is a wonderful community event enjoyed by all ages as is a great way to engage with other community members!

Food & Beverages available at 5:30 Bands to start at 7:00pm

Hillbilly Philly, Cranky Crab, & Sugar Coated will be located on site to serve up some awesome food! CBV Brewery + Taproom & Olde Hickory Brewery will be there to pour some great Craft Beer!

Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy on our spacious area at the pavilion.

Gump Fiction opens for Uncle Kracker at the Village Park Amphitheatre! Discover Fun in Kannapolis returns this summer with an incredible lineup of great concerts, movies, and of course, fireworks. Events will be held from May to August. All events are free to the public. Children 18 & under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. You are welcome to bring your lawn chairs. No pets or smoking please. Food and drinks will be on sale in the parks during the events. The City of Kannapolis will offer free shuttle service to Village Park from 5-10:30 p.m. during this event. Please visit kannapolisnc.gov/parking to find parking locations and shuttle stops. Masks are required on this public transportation shuttle. The City of Kannapolis Parks and Recreation staff will follow best practices regarding COVID-19 precautions facility. The CDC recommends that anyone who has not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 should continue to wear a mask and maintain social distance.
